Born in Antioquia, Colombia, Santiago did not find cacao, nor does he claim to teach it — he invites us to remember it. Cacao entered his life gently, as ancient whispers do, opening the heart before the mind. Through its bitterness, sweetness, and warmth, he learned to slow down, listen within, and trust what unfolds naturally. His path with cacao is rooted in presence, humility, and honest connection, inviting us to feel safe, grounded, and open.

Marlon is a farmer, earth scientist, and permaculture practitioner whose work explores regenerative land systems as a pathway to ecological and cultural resilience. He applies permaculture principles to study how shifts in perception, design, and relationship with the land can foster more integrated and sustainable ways of living.

Dugunawin is an Arhuaco leader from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta who carries the ancestral wisdom of his lineage rooted in a living relationship with the land. Through his presence and teachings, he offers a window into Indigenous ways of living that honor balance, responsibility, and harmony between humanity and the natural world.

Yehudah's life changed forever after unexpectedly arriving to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, four years ago. Known as the "heart of the world," this sacred region introduced him to the indigenous peoples and local farmers whose deep connection to the land and sustainable practices transformed his life. After years of living in the Sierra, I’ve been on a mission to share the powerful, heart-opening medicine of cacao. We work directly with local communities to ensure fair pay, support sustainable economies, and honor their traditional practices. Every step of the process, from bean to bar, reflects our commitment to ethical farming, fair trade, and care for the Earth.
